Step 1
Dental Impression
The process starts by taking an exact mold of the customer’s teeth using dental impression trays and alginate material.
The customer bites down for a few seconds.
This creates an accurate negative imprint of their teeth’s shape and spacing.
Step 2
Plaster Model
The impression is then filled with dental stone (plaster).
Once it hardens, it becomes a precise 3D replica of the customer’s teeth.
This model is what the jeweler uses to craft the grillz so they fit perfectly and comfortably.
Step 3
Wait & Fitted
It takes approximately a week or week and half for your custom fonts to be fabricated.
At your estimated appointment you will be fitted for the fonts in person.
Being fitted in person is important to ensure a comfortable wear on your teeth
